Abstract
Ushbu tezis foton-sanovchi rentgen detektorlarida yuzaga keladigan spektral buzilishlarning asosiy fizik sabablarini tahlil qilishga bag‘ishlangan. Xususan, CdTe asosidagi detektorlarda kuzatiladigan rentgen floresansi (K-qochish), zaryad taqsimlanishi, vaznlangan potensialning o‘zaro ta’siri, Kompton sochilishi, elektron shovqin hamda fotonlarning ustma-ust tushishi kabi hodisalarning spektral javobga ta’siri ko‘rib chiqilgan. Ish natijalari spektral rentgen KT va materiallarni tasniflash aniqligini oshirishda muhim ahamiyatga ega.
